ALBUFEIRA RENTAL-HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION-ALGARVE PORTUGAL
"Casa Antiga" is a 4 bedroomed, 3 Bathroomed, typical Algarvian detached house which as been renovated.It is situated in the village of Branqueira, Albufeira the village has a local supermarket for essential needs, a fishmongers, laundry, ironmongers & several local Portuguese bars & 2 restaurants within close proximity. The village of Branqueira is approx 1.5kms from "The Strip" (Albufeira New Town) Montechoro/Praia da Oura/Santa Eulalia/Balaia & 2.3/2.5 kms to the approach of Albufeira Old Town, both have a vast array of shops, bars, restaurants & entertainment for all ages. Albufeira old town with its tiny houses lining the narrow cobbled streets & the main town square & adjoining pedestrianised streets come alive with cafes, restaurants, streets vendors,entertainers & late night boutiques & excellent music bars is full of life. There are excellent markets at Albufeira (1st & 3rd Tuesday in month) and Quarteira every Wednesday.The beaches of Maria Luisa/Balaia/St Eulalia/Oura are approx 2.5/3kms away. There are two nine hole golf courses at Balaia & Pine cliffs within close proximity of the house. Balaia is a 9 hole (par 3) course with clubhouse facilities,golf club hire & a swimming pool and is situated approx 1km from Casa Antiga. Pine Cliffs is a 9 hole course with clubhouse facilities and is situated in Acoteias near the Algarve Sheraton Hotel and is approx a 10 minute drive away. There is also vast array of top class courses within 15 minutes drive by car at Vilamoura. Horse riding stables with tuition at Vale Navio are within approx 800 mtrs of the house.If you enjoy looking around & exploring we would recommend car hire, details on request of competitive rates (Full insurance no excess)

ACCOMMODATION
LOUNGE: Lounge with DIGITAL TV (FREE TO VIEW CHANNELS BBC ETC ONLY)/VCR/DVD/AUDIO UNIT with Cd/Tape deck. There is a Video, dvd & Cd library together with a selection of books & magazines for our guests.
KITCHEN: Fully fitted & equipped dining-kitchen with cooker,washing machine fridge/freezer,microwave, food blender, toaster, iron, ironing board etc.
4 BEDROOMS: Consisting of Bedroom 1 :(Double with single bed & Ensuite) : Bedroom 2:( Double bedroom & Ensuite): Bedroom 3: ( Twin beds), Bedroom 4: (Double bed with single bed above (Bunk Style): Bedrooms 3 & 4 with a shared bathroom, all bedrooms with double wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps & rugs.Hairdryers also available.
3 BATHROOMS: (2 Ensuite) Complete with bath, overhead shower, toilet & washbasin.(Hairdryer available)
SECURITY: A digital wall safe is available free of charge for guests but used at your own risk.
PART AIR-CON: Cooling & heating modes. Air-con is available as an option in the lounge & bedrooms 1 & 4 plus a portable unit to use elsewhere, this facility is charged at an extra cost, ask for details.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings made within high season dates, the air-con is included within the rental price.
CLEANING : Cleaning/bed linen/towel change is weekly. Extra services are available if required but payable to direct to the maid. Price list for extra services are available in the kitchen area @ Casa Antiga
OUTSIDE AMENITIES: Private swimming pool, large tiled terrace,The pool is cleaned & maintained twice a week. Pergola/Barbecue with eating area & garden furniture.There is a driveway on the opposite side of house from the pool for car parking.
